We arrived at the hotel and the staff were great. We quickly got to our room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options. Unfortunately the spa was not available which we were hoping to use.

Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit.

"Hotel is of a good standard with a good selection of value accomodation. The pool area is top notch and the bar and restaurant first class. The staff are really friendly, but more are needed during busy checkin periods.The shuttle from the airport could do with being at least once every hour. we missed ours and got a taxi as we didn,t want to sit around for 2 hours for the sake of 30 ringit taxi fare"
