The staffis fantastic all round. Check in was good. But the room is a disappointment. Its very bare and basic. No cups or glasses and no coffee or tea. Only 2 bottles of water. The airconditioning is like non existent. The large fan over the bed helps. Breakfast was adequate. Wifi is good too.

Convenient to the airport, terminal 2. The room was comfortable, good ac, decent water pressure, and clean. The only issue I had was the elevator kept going out of service. When I arrived I had to carry my bags up to the 3rd floor.

It’s a very convenient hotel if you’re flying out of KLIA 2 and even close to KlIa 1 , either the train if you have flights after 5 am or Grab. Just minor issues to consider room is small if you have 2 large luggage’s to accommodate. Bed is mediocre in size and little saggy. TV has basic local channels, no CNN and volume is very low. Basically it’s a very old TV.Staffs were wonderful very helpful and accommodating. There’s good food and beer but pricey. But I would walk to KLIA for better food options. Good hotel if you’re transiting or early morning flights.
