Best hotel!! Would always stay in a Movenpick!

We have staying in other Movenpick hotels and have always loved our time there. The hotel was great, the food in the restaurant was really good and the staff was beyond wonderful - very courteous and helpful!!

Lovely hotel, definitely would stay here again.

This hotel is spectacular. The building is amazing and looks so new from the outside. Inside is also stunning. The pool deck and area is comfortable and was enjoyable. Staff were lovely and attentive. The only downside was the room was a little tired. Marks on the walls, some of the paint work was chipped off. We used the shuttle back to the airport, I wish I'd known about it at pick up and saved a few dollars.

Close to the airport and shopping outlet. However the hotel shuttle was a bit lack of flexibility and ran at very limited interval to the outlet. We found some staff were extremely friendly and helpful while some were cold faces and didn't seem enjoying customer service. Overall a decent stay.

This listing is misleading. It is clearly not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is not clean and in general disrepair. Furthermore, it should be made clear (perhaps in the title) that this is an islamic hotel, whereby there are limited food options, inexistent drink options, segregated common areas, etc. I would book somewhere else.

I was really looking forward to our first stay at a 5 star Movenpick and our experience was less than 5 stars. I’ve had better facilities and service at 3 star hotels. The room was lovely, however I kept tripping on the step down into the bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely. We also had to ask for a third towel (as there was three of us) and got the third degree on where to look in the obvious spot for one first. Ordering room service was very difficult as well as lugging our bags to and from the room. I did however enjoy the breakfast offerings, they could do with a better coffee machine.

Nice hotel be wary if reliant on airport transport

Good hotel with good breakfast and dinner. The disappointing part of the stay was the airport shuttle. Supposed to arrive at 8.45pm turned up at 9.25 and is a tiny bus only enough room for our party left others waiting. Went to book the return for the morning told fully booked from 6.30am to 2.30pm. Clearly not enough transportation for an airport hotel

Handy for the airport and the architecture was interesting. The hotel is alcohol free and a wine with dinner would have been nice. Room lock wasn't working when we arrived so we had to wait. At 7:30 at night it was a minor inconvenience.

This property is very old, the worst thing is their phone didn’t work, we waiting for their shuttle at the airport around 90 minutes, we have call so many time but nobody answered the call. So we have to call a taxi. Their buffet quality is very poor, look like they have fired their chief chef for long time, no supervisor to oversee their performance, overall I will never come back again!

We stayed at the hotel with young children. Hotel amenities were pretty good. Rooftop pool was great with impressive views. The hotel had a small kids club along with a convenient store and a very nice spa. Buffet breakfast was really good with a wide range of food and we loved it. The staff were very friendly which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the KL international airport which makes is perfect for overnight connecting flights. Despite the fact that rooms were a bit aged at the time of our visit, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for our next Malaysia trip. Thank you Movenpick team!
