The stay was great, the hotel was thoughtful enough to offer Firmer Pillow which I really appreciate, as hotel pillow can be on the soft side. Only complaint I have is with the checkin. It took me 25 minutes just to checking while i chose prepaid as the payment, because there’s no separate queue between pay at hotel checkin and online prepaid checkin. Should have that setup to ensure smooth checkin

An okay stay!

The hotel was fine but nothing spectacular. It was incredibly busy so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. There were no towels at the pool and we had to ask 3 different members of staff before someone knew where to find more which was a little annoying. The hotel is really well located for golf, shopping and visiting Putra Jaya.

The laundry room is nice to have on offer but the machines automatically add toxic fabric softener and detergent (smelly and unsafe) and you can't choose not to have it added. The fitness room is large but has almost no equipment and zero resistance machines. It is also poorly air conditioned and has no thermostat. The room has a master switch, it needs to be on for any of the room lights to work but it keeps the main lights on so it's impossible to just have a night light or bedside light on by itself. The rooms have a terrible, inefficient layout. There is loud bass noise, sometimes called music in SE Asia, that plays even late at night in the common areas. The bath towels are cheap!! Lots of irritating little problems and no attention to detail which is very common in KL. But for a Marriott property at this price? Unacceptable.

The property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. However we were locked out of our room at 12pm on the dot yesterday at check out, which made our stay slightly less than perfect.

Connected to IOI City Mall with a lot of shopping, eating and leisure options. Dedicated parking for hotel guests. Rooms are small but cleverly designed with wall hooks and no cupboard so room looks spacious. Highly recommended.
