"THIS HOTEL WAS SO AWESOME THE STAFF AND EVERYONE MADE OUR STAY FABULOUS. WE HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED A ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL . IT WAS SO HORRIBLE WE NEVER CHECKED IN. IT WAS 4AM WHEN WE BOOKED THE ROOM WITH YOU ALL. WE NEEDED TO SLEEP BECAUSE WE HAD TRAVELED FROM DALLAS TO NEBRASKA AND NEEDED TO REST BEFORE GOING TO A FAMILY FUNCTION. THEY PRIORITIZED OUR ROOM AND GOT US IN BY 8:30 THAT MORNING. WE WERE ABLE TO STAY IN THE LOBBY UNTIL IT WAS READY. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. THEY SAVED WHAT STARTED OUT AS A HORRIBLE VISIT TO NEBRASKA TO A WONDERFUL VISIT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE."
