"The hotel is going thru a much needed refresh. The hours for the dining and lounge are not terribly convenient. The neighborhood has really gone downhill. Sad to see how much the city is slumping, though he you don’t come to Alaska for Anchorage. Breakfast is a shining star here."

"Very likely upscale and nice 10+years ago. Many places are in need up an overhaul it upgrade. Especially the guest rooms. "Our door code fell off the check in instructions in our hotels.com app. Luckily I had already spoke to our host and he was able to open the garage door remotely. We parked in the very clean garage and used that as our entry/exit point each day. Kitchen is full size and has all the cooking items needed. ..."

Nice place close to coastal trail
"This was a cozy, rustic-modern place within walking distance to the coastal trail and excellent food! My only complaint is that the bed was pretty small. I don’t know what size it was but felt like a full bed and wasn’t the most comfortable for two people."

"large relatively clean 2 bedroom apartment in a good area near downtown. Place was in need of repair - ceiling in one bedroom was actually duct taped up and window didn't completely close. Paint was peeling from multiple wall surfaces. Bed in master room was saggy. Lighting throughout was very dim. ..."
