Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV's in the rooms should be updated to SMART tv's to be able to stream services. I was there during a major blizzard and extended my stay and channels were very limited.

The hotel is beautiful, boutique style scenery. The staff were all friendly and always helpful. Their in house restaurant is upscale and serves a lovely atmosphere. The pool/hot tub amenities are seasonal
