Inn at Mendenhall
I'm sure that the Inn at Mendenhall is wonderful but I couldn't tell you. Hotels.com overbooked the Inn by five rooms and I was moved to an alternative property. What's the point of booking months in advance if you just get bumped anyway? Last time I use this service.

Desmond Hotel Malvern, a DoubleTree by Hilton
The carpet in my room had stains and needed replacing. Almost ran out of hot water when I showered around 11pm. Bed was comfortable. The app for ordering room service didn't work so I called room service directly to place the order. Bathrobes were a good touch.
