"Beautiful property with great potential, but falls short of 5-star pricing. Lacked the attention to detail and hospitality expected at this price point. We were on the 1st floor with not much views and loud upstairs neighbors (evening and early morning). Definitely recommend requesting an upper floor. Disappointing restaurant. Dinner main dish was way oversalted and breakfast croissants tasted like reheated frozen pastries. Also, zero acknowledgment of my birthday during the stay."
