1. There was not enough staff attention. Any item we needed, we were asked to come to the lobby to pick up instead of delivering at the room 2. Folks were rude sometimes about extra hour for checkout lineance 3. Not enough hotel amenities to use during evenings after dark after 7pm 4.

Beautiful property. Great location. Very clean and modern. My only complaint is the price for valet a night ($45) and the incidental cost a night ($125), seems a bit steep for a hotel in SLO. Nonetheless, there is a public parking building kitty corner from the property for $16 a night.
