Clean, comfortable room with a balcony and view of the ocean and pier. Great location. Restaurant and pool bar staff were slow and inattentive. Quality of food was marginal. Resort fees and parking fees seemed excessive. This was my first stay and now that I have a better understanding, I would definitely stay again because once again, the room was great and the location cannot be beat but would find alternative food venues.

It was on the beach and also had a pool. The outdoor bar and seating area with fire pits was also amazing. The staff was fabulous!

The location was perfect walkable to most restaurants and shops. We were able to whale watch from our room, which was amazing. The hotel is very nice and clean.

The staff were FANTASTIC including the bartenders! If I have one complaint it would be the RESORT FEE and the VALET charge! Gorgeous Property!

Our room was right on the edge to view the pier and sunset. BUT our room was the last one in the floor near the restaurant seating and WAY to close to have any privacy and NO wall or barrier or anything blocking from anyone coming in to our patio. So we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out there because all the restaurant goers could see and hear us.
