Prior to booking I called the hotel directly to make sure they had 2 beds with a walk in shower no tub since I’m handicap Quetzally assured me that they did so I booked the room, I called her back and said do you see my reservation she did and I asked her to assign my the handicap room. When we arrived they don’t have handicap rooms with two beds so we had to be switched to a queen room we get to the room it’s a bathtub with bars I called the front desk he said that’s the only handicap rooms they have so even thru I said no tub walk in shower only. Not happy

We loved the delightful swimming pool which was warm enough to swim in outdoors at night! Due to COVID precautions, the hot tub and waterfall weren't available and breakfast was limited to small muffins, tea, coffee, and juice.

They have roaches. I would not have booked if I knew about the pest issues. They sprayed the room after I expressed my concern (they offered to have me change rooms- but I didn’t see the point since the hotel had roaches). Would not have paid that much money to stay in a room with roaches.

I liked the location not to far away from everything we needed. Not clean , and they wouldn’t allow our children to bring there breakfast to our hotel room.

The property seemed to have been updated within last year or so. Breakfast was pretty standard but a good value as in this area a couple would spend around 30 dollars for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will definitely use again and refer friends
