Quality Inn Austintown - Youngstown West
"The place wasn't very clean. In our bathroom, the toilet rocked, so had to be careful when I sat on it. The phone kept coming apart so I had to call from my cell to get passcode from front desk. Also there was no linen for the couch bed. The kitchen for breakfast was messy. None of the tables were clean, but you couldn't take food to your room. Waffle mix ran out. I ended up taking my grandsons to McDonalds for breakfast. The outdoor pool was okay. There is no elevator so if you are unable to walk stairs this isn't a place for you. The night before I stayed at the Hampton across the parking lot (moved because they were booked solid the next day). The comparison was night and day. If you're just looking for a bed to sleep in and don't care about cleanliness or amenities then this is the place for you but for the price it's not worth it when you can find better QUALITY Hotels in the same area, for a comparable price."
