Conveniently located, very clean and organized. We used the gym while we were there and everything was clean and in working condition. Breakfast was great and had a variety. Staff were very friendly and seemed organized and efficient when working. Would absolutely stay again.

First room (412) the tv didn’t work. Couldn’t get on Netflix , you tube, Apple TV. We were moved to another room (410). TV worked but the room was more run downed. Cabinet accessories were broken and loose. Staff was great in accommodating us.

Upon checking in the hotel was positively disgusting. Dog hair and mascara on the “clean” bed. Red stains in the tub and the entire place reeks of cigarettes. They refused to refund us for our stay so did Expedia. Will never use Expedia or Sonesta ever again.
