Worst room location in the hotel we were over the maintenance department of the elevator so every time the elevator moved our wall rattle. It was very loud. The bed was horrible. Other than that the hotel is very, very nice and they have a great restaurant inside as well.

"Was hard getting checked in. We booked two room and one was on floor three and the other was on floor four. One room was ready around the check in Time (3pm) and the second wasn't ready until about an hour later. I'm not usually a complainer however we were up there moving my 71 year old mother from clover to Florida and it had been a very long hard and exhausting few days for all of us but especially her! We all really needed to just lay down and that made it a bit difficult as well as frustrating. "
