The individual that checked me in late at night was wonderful. The hotel is new and clean and looks beautiful. It was also very quiet and i had 2 dogs with me so I was hoping there wouldnt be alot of noise to aggravate them. There is lots of green space around the hotel too for walking dogs and doggy trash cans and bags. I took off one star for the breakfast. It was the standard hotel breakfast fare but the eggs werent good and almost empty when I got there. Nothing else really that fit my diet so I ended up having to go out for breakfast.

The ac was making a loud noise when we first got to the room. I went to the lobby and reported it. Instead of moving us, they sent maintenance. He disassembled the unit and replaced the blower and reassembled the unit. That didn't resolve the issue so he disassembled it AGAIN. We were just sitting the room WAITING. We needed to shower and dress for scheduled dinner. After an hour of waiting in the now hot room, I went down to see the manager - who spoke no English and wanted to use phone translation app. He got someone else so I could explain my situation and they moved us to another room. I know the hotel was 40% booked because I heard them discussing it when we were checking in so why not just give me another room when I first reported the issue. Also, we are in USA...WHY am I have to communicate via translation app to a business manager at a hotel?
