The front desk never fixed the fridge door in my room. When I got home I found a bedbug on my belongings. The bug was terminated.

I have shared your feedback with Maintenance to ensure we handle these types of situations differently in the future. As for the bug, we take preventive measures and have our property sprayed twice a month. We do our very best to make sure our hotel stays clean and bug free at all times. We will address this with our extermination company. Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. We do offer a lot of parking with our property. We have 18 wheeler parking, regular parking, handicap, and also enough outside outlets for multiple boat parking!
