The room we were assigned had sheets that had hair . Not clear if the changed the sheets. When I tried contacting the front desk the phone didn’t work. I called the front desk using my cell and the attendant offered to bring me clean sheets so that I could change the bed. I said that the expectation was when we got to the room the sheets would be clean. She did give us another room and said it was an upgrade. Also, there was a sign that the disposable coffee cups may leak from the bottom. They should have disposed of theses cups. My cup did not leak, however, my husband’s leaked all over him. Will not stay there anymore.

I got there late at night dead tired and left early in the morning. Nice clean place to sleep and everyone in my family kept saying how amazing the beds were. Most come mattress I think I’ve ever slept on. Was tempted to pull the sheets off just to see what breaks and model it was so I could buy one for my house. Highly recommend this hotel.
