"Staff was not helpful at all. We literally had to ask for our room number and could barely check in without gagging because they smelled so terrible. They just handed us the key. Property was run down. Had writing all over the walls. AC was so loud we could barely sleep, it sounded terrible. The elevator literally sounded like it was going to break at any second."

"The breakfast was ok they could have had the hot food in a warmer instead of the fridge for people to warm The staff was ok the ones I did met which was only front desk The room bathroom needs an upgrade, the knob to change the water front hot to cold was not working properly You needed to press in real hard and pray you got the right temp, I need to play with it for about 30 mins it was to late at night to tell front desk I was in town for AAU Basketball tournament and my child just wanted to sleep"

"Even though the pictures and room description said there was a coffeemaker in room (actually said Keurig in description and pictures)there was none. You have to go down to the lobby to fix a cup of coffee. I was traveling with my young grandson and needed to get to up and get going early. I couldn't leave him to go down four floors to get coffee in the morning. The TV was terrible to try and find a channel. The channel guide was not correct and you could not scroll through the channels. You had to go to the guide and click on each channel number to see what was on that channel. Was not a very relaxing stay."
