We stayed overnight for a staycation. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, and the staff was amazing! We really enjoyed the bartenders, David and Deb! We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our family and friends.

Great accommodations. Close to both Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC. One small thing I noticed, apparently cleaning services did not come to tidy our room, make bed or give us fresh towels and wash cloths while we were out. Perhaps it's no longer a thing.

I loved the cleanliness and the property is close to everything I need. Unfortunately, the floors are not carpeted and sounds carry more. The people staying above us were very loud and I did have to complain several times and they would stop for a few minutes then pick right back up. Not able to get them to switch a room to avoid the noise and when we spoke to the front desk agent at check out he stated he would have a manager call me and I’m still waiting for a call almost a week later.
