"We stayed for 8 nights July 2026! It’s a beautiful resort!! However if anyone has ever seen the movie Get Out that’s how my husband and I felt about most of the staff. It was a weird vibe that I can’t explain. The amenities and inclusive excursions were great! Unfortunately for us, the food taste was disappointing. Our 25 yrs old daughter lost a personal belonging item via housekeeping that was never found. However, I would recommend the resort! My husband and I travel to JA annually and we will consider going back next year."
