We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. HOTEL LUZ GARDEN
The staff was excellent. They went out of the way to make our stay outstanding. We had a long wait for our train departure back to Cusco and they helped us out with our checkout and allowed us to stay in their lobby. Room was very clean and comfortable

kAPAC INN HOTEL
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.
