The staff od this family owned and operated boutique hotel were warm. welcoming, and helpdful. The facility is old, built in the 1850's, but remodeled into a comfortable and well-appointed hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, uniquely laid out, very clean, and well appointed.

Hot water in the room with varieties of tea and coffee. We were greeted upon with cocoa tea to help acclimate the altitude. They stored our luggage for two days while we were visiting machu pichu.. best place with the price.
