Hot water in the room with varieties of tea and coffee. We were greeted upon with cocoa tea to help acclimate the altitude. They stored our luggage for two days while we were visiting machu pichu.. best place with the price.

Hotel was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. . Only issue was we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. We had issues with altitude so the steps were a problem. They sold us bottled water and there was a kettle in the room. Breakfast was included. While decent, it was the same every day

The staff was amazing from the beginning. They offered box breakfasts on mornings we had to leave early that were delicious. They held our bags since we left later than we checked out and organized transportation to and from the airport. Made our stay in Cusco great. Highly recommend!

This is a lot wonderful place to stay. In the heart of the city. Safe! Very clean. Juan and johan wrote down our schedule and made a fresh breakfast for us everyday, bagged waiting for us! Even at 3 am. They asked us about our day, and gave us suggestions for restaurants etc. wonderful experience. More like a bed and breakfast, I would highly recommend!
