The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. My mom unfortunately had an accident and was in wheelchair which made things tricky to say the least but they made no fuss or issues at all. Offered us to bring the breakfast to our rooms, and support o getting to buses and train. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were exactly as described.

Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you!
