"This property was perfect for us, three adults and two children. The lake views and location are unbeatable. The different patio areas and seating close by the water is so well planned out. Furniture in main family area is very comfortable. Outdoor furniture is simple but very practical. Wonderful lake breezes…unsure if there is central air, but we were happy to have AC units in the bedroom for comfortable sleeping!"

"We had an excellent stay at Locke's Glen. The house is large and roomy and very well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The kayaks and paddle boards were fun. Excellent location for visiting wineries. David Locke was friendly and helpful at recommending things to do or places to eat. "

"Everything was great. We had a super relaxing weekend. The fenced yard took away all of the stress we would normally have with our dogs there. The house was perfect and the king sized bed was dreamy. "

"The property was perfect. Very clean, very well provisioned. The proximity of the house to the water was our favorite feature. We ate all our meals on the back patio table, watching a heron fish for minnows with the gorgeous sunset as a backdrop. The shore was nice and shallow, and the lake was warm. We barely got out of our bathing suits from sun up til sundown, and then we gathered around the fire pit. Even though we had planned to visit a local winery, we wound up never leaving the house, as it had everything we needed for a lovely reunion weekend. The only quibble was that one of the bedrooms had a smoke detector with a dead battery that annoyingly chirped. We couldn't find a battery in the junk drawer, and pushing the hush button only temporarily delayed the chirp. The owner was not reachable through neither the app nor on the cell phone provided. He did respond later the morning after we reached out, and apologized."
