The checkin process was automatic at a machine at front desk and even tho two live people were in attendance you still had to do the very finicky process on the machine at front and wait for the machine to send the info to the two live people st the front desk! Very impersonal and weird!And only two “welcome free coffee pods” in your room for first day no matter how long you stay. That was odd. However we liked the hotel as it was clean and comfy!!"
