Stayed three nights. Close to train station. Luke warm water in shower and only given one glass when two people in room. But responsive staff did bring extra glasses quickly.

Great Location - Nice Hotel

We chose this hotel because of the location. It is right downtown-- easy access to the old part of Bern within walking distance. Parking is a challenge--you can unload but there is no hotel parking near by which is true for all of Bern. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. unfortunately it faced the street and there was a major festival gong on til 2am in the morning. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We felt truly welcome there!
