The main restaurant is called Manero and it appears that it is a separately owned and managed entity from the Don Carlos team. Although beautifully designed, It would’ve been ideal if the Manero establishment provided the same kind of attentive and preferential service to hotel guests as they do to those reserving from outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend the Dan Carlos Hotel two anyone looking for an excellent and unforgettable experience!"
