The listing said the room I was reserving had a memory foam mattress which is the ONLY reason I chose it as I needed a bed that was not hard, as hard beds hurt my shoulders and neck. Well the bed was not memory foam and I got very little sleep. What sleep I did get was painful.

We asked twice and got blown off. Never got any. There breakfast was pathetic. A couple dried muffins and so weak coffee. My friend is handicapped and they put us on the top floor. Won't be staying there again"
