Okay place for a night when on the way to somewhere else. Bathroom small but good, bed okay, just enough AC outlets. Wi-Fi good in the evening but bogged way down for a couple hours in the morning. Dim lighting. No closet or hangars anywhere. Not sure who installed the new-ish vinyl plank floor but they must not have done it right...each plank made a weird little creak when stepped on. Hardly a deal breaker, just weird.

The hotel has 2 stories. The second floor, much to my surprise, doesn’t have access any other way except a steep straight up metal staircase outside with no protection from the rain or any other elements. If you have a disability like I do, it makes for a VERY challenging time trying to bring in your luggage. With a brace on my arm I asked the person checking me in when she said my room wasn’t ready at the designated check in time for a first floor room (my car was the only other vehicle in the parking lot). I was told there were none available. I watched later other people arriving going to a first floor room that were clearly checking in for the first time so that was a lie. I then asked if there wan an elevator - I was told no. I then asked if there was anyone that could help me with the luggage. She literally looked me in the eye and said “I will if I have to.” I’m fairly certain this place is in violation of the American Disabilities Act. It rained the entire time I was there so, no fun trying to drag my suitcase up the stairway from hell with a brace in the pouring rain praying I don’t trip since you’re going down the whole flight of metal grate stairs if you do. And the degree of “I hate customers” from the staff was rather shocking - even in today’s society of next to zero customer service! This place is horrible!!! Don’t eat their “newly upgraded” ads fool you…dirty as heck and damaged bathroom doorknob!

The air conditioning was broken and the room smelled musty and like smoke. There were no screens on the bathroom window or the main window. The bathroom window lock was only a piece of metal with a screw on it.

We reserved a room with a King size bed 10 days in advance. We were given a double size bed with no excuse why. First, our hostess tried to convince us it was really a king, then she claimed someone must have switched mattress without telling anyone. Just lies and no apologies'. Not going back.

There was no attendant to check in. We had to go several blocks to the economists to get a person to check in. The air conditioner was broken. My travel companion did fix it. There was no hot water in shower. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in, worse that motel 6!!
