The heater was in an odd location and noisy, there was a gap under the door and it was about 17 degrees that night. The price was good for some quick shut eye on a late check in/early departure, no wife on this trip so no frills needed.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I had to call a number at the front desk to check-in. The man that worked there also worked at the hotel a block down the street. There was no staff at the hotel at all times. There was one other occupant which was placed in the room exactly next to me. The heater was very loud. There was a crack in the seal of the door. The shower tower was soaking wet on my arrival. I did not feel safe and therefore decided to changr hotels. When I went to thw front desk and called the number to notify the staff, the man did not care about my issues and told me to simply leave the room key on the desk.

Amazing, but needs blackout curtains

Everything was amazing, only thing is I wish they had better blackout curtains. Their exterior lights are extremely bright and I'd wake up and this it was daylight when it was 3am

It has been remodeled and they did a good job, but their towels are old, some had holes in them. Bed was pretty soft. We paid for a king on Expedia but the ga e us a double queen even though my receipt showed king, their computer showed queen, but they moved us to a king. Shower and bathroom was quite nice. The hotel is run by one clerk and that clerk is working two other hotels too, all owned by the same guy. It was nice for a $60 place.

First of all, the place isn’t even called Signature Inn on the sign, making it difficult to find. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone and wait for them to show up to check in. Then, they gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So, I had to call them again and wait again. Here’s the real problem: When I arrived late and after a long day of travel, they couldn’t find my reservation. That’s because I changed it (due to snow) on the Expedia application, and well within my time frame to do so. Expedia, however, didn’t relay the updated information to the hotel and they marked me as a “no-show”. The hotel then charged me again and told me to contact Expedia about the mix-up and to get a refund from their end. Expedia’s fault. The problem I have with Signature Inn is that, when I filled a claim with Expedia, they told me they’d have to verify by calling the hotel. Since Signature Inn never answered Expedia’s repeated contact attempts, my claim was denied. Now, I’m left paying double for a hotel that was worth half of what I should have paid.
