Got there pretty late from driving 10 hours. The girl at the front desk told me I would have to wait for the next person to come, she is off the clock. I asked when that would be and was told I dont know. She proceeded to put a sign up at front desk and walked away. After 15 min or so I walked around looking for help and finally found the person who was taking over. She basically said thay change of shift is difficult time- no apologies. Terrible customer service!!!!

Worse hotel experience

They checked me into a room someone was already in. Room was dirty and very outdated, fresh paint doesn’t hide how outdated everything is. Water was warm at best and bathroom was beyond gross. Stay clear.

Quality Inn was worth the money paid. There is a casino attached to hotel. The rooms are older but remodeled. Free breakfast is a select of 4 options in the restaurant. I had biscuits and gravy which was delicious. You also receive free drinks while gambling.
