Worse hotel experience

They checked me into a room someone was already in. Room was dirty and very outdated, fresh paint doesn’t hide how outdated everything is. Water was warm at best and bathroom was beyond gross. Stay clear.

Quality Inn was worth the money paid. There is a casino attached to hotel. The rooms are older but remodeled. Free breakfast is a select of 4 options in the restaurant. I had biscuits and gravy which was delicious. You also receive free drinks while gambling.

We usually stay there when we are in Winnemucca, but after this last visit, I think it will be the last. The toilet seat wasn't tightened down, making it unsafe. No soap for the shower. Garbage behind the nightstand. A pill was on the floor in the hallway the whole time we were there. The people hanging around there are getting shadier overtime!

Casino Vibes

This stay was exactly what I expected. A hotel in a casino. Walking in, seemed kinda suspicious, but surprisingly, the rooms were clean and comfy. The beds were perfect. The AC worked. It wasn’t noisey. I felt safe being in the room. The free breakfast was good. I would stay here again if we pass through again.

We have a family of 6 and we fit so comfortably! We had a room with one king, one queen, one pull out couch, and they gave us a rollaway bed. It was amazing! I feel like a lot of hotels with multiple beds the beds are all squished together. This felt very spacious. Gabe Angle at the front desk was awesome to work with. So friendly and accommodating. And they provided vouchers for a free breakfast for each of us in the hotel restaurant in the morning and it was delicious. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is old and has a not so pleasant smell. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The TV only gets one channel. For a one night stay, it wasn’t too bad.

Dirty room

The room smelled bad and the towels were filled with flea feces. When damp, blood spots formed around the towels. The toilet bowl was dirty.

Not worth the stay

Was first given a room that was ready on check in. Given another room. Booked for four days. On day three, I requested room to be serviced. They Said they were understaffed and couldn’t do it that day but could do it the next day. Had to go down down to the front desk to ask for towels, soap, shampoo and a bag to empty trash which was put out in the hallway. Checked out the next morning. Was not going to spend another night. Room was not worth the money I paid for and I paid a lot of money. Service was horrible and understaffed. Dining area was closed early each day. It seemed par for the course. Would not recommend anybody to stay. Should have gotten a clue when there was a plunger sitting in the hallway when we were walking to our room. Upon checkout, I was told to call the third party I booked through and maybe I could get a refund.
