"Locust Estate was an excellent home for a larger group of people. There were 9 of us and it was a perfect fit for us. It was in a peaceful, safe and easy to find location. There were 2 great grocery stores within a mile of the house. Many locations were an easy drive away. Such as Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park. There were many great mountain roads within 15 minutes of the house. The house itself was great. Lots of space and it was very well equipped for feeding a good amount of people. There was lots of seating and it had a great play area with a ping pong table and foosball. There is a very nice, well equipped city park right across the street that helped keep our 3 children entertained. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for space and an easy location for a good sized group of people. "

"Saved us a fortune on hotel rooms (and bar tabs). Small shower in the upstairs master bathroom but understandable given age of the house. Strong smell of gas when both ovens were used. Overall, an excellent property with an equally excellent host."

"This cozy bungalow made outstanding use of all available space. The bedrooms were good-sized and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the basement turned out to be the perfect rumpus room for the younger kids in our group. It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the lower level, but the kids were able to get through the night without it. The park across the street made the location just perfect."
