This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The smoke detector was pulled out of the wall and there were just bare wires, it looked like blood splatter on the curtains, floor was sticky, bathroom had no towels or TP, the “down” button on the elevator was busted, pool was closed, and they refused to give us a refund. I have never left a hotel before but place was so awful I had to go. Also the staff were rude, unreasonable and dishonest.

My Husband and I had the worst experience ever. The sheets on the bed were stain had hair stuck on it, old furniture damage , stains on the curtains horrible I don’t recommend this place to no one.there’s people that live there residents on the first floor by the front desk that’s the reason why they got roaches.

The tv didn’t work, the receptionist make me go 3 times to the lobby to change the tv control, but didn’t work. The curtains from the bathroom didn’t hold the water, so water come off. The smell On the hallway was bad. Breakfast not good.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room smelled bad, the bathroom had stains on the walls. The tub was rusty. When I checked in, I said we were staying the next night as well. I asked to stay in the same room. When I came back there was another family in our nasty room. The lobby and elevator smelled of weed. There were teens clearly high in the lobby. When I asked rather calmly why other people were in our room, I was told it was because we were supposed to check out and check back in. No one told us this. They assumed we would know. Why would we have known to do this? The manager was extremely rude! Raised his voice to me. He said he could cancel my stay. I took him up on that. I am completely grossed out that people packed up my belongs and touched my things. I will never ever stay at a Comfort Inn again!

Smelled like smokers stay here

Stayed for a quick night to attend a wedding. Hotel is conveniently located right off of the highway. Ample parking and felt safe. This hotel is pet friendly. Check in was quick but upon getting off on our floor I got a quick wiff of smoke. Walking into the room I decided to go back down and ask for another room. It smelled like they tried to mask the smell of marijuana in the room but failed. It was good for a quick cheap night’s sleep but wouldn’t stay here for more than that.

Elevator not operating

Stayed here last year and had a nice stay with no issues, so I booked it again and recommended to friends. There is construction going on and the elevator is not fully operating. There was no mention of this at all when booking or at check in. We were able to take the elevator up but the buttons to call the elevator down on floors 2-3 were either missing or taped over. I tried taking the elevator up an extra floor to see if we could go down from there but the elevator never came up either. We had to drag our bags down 3 flights of stairs and then at the main level, the door was blocked off so we had to go outside and walk around the building to get back into the lobby. It was crazy. What would a disabled or elderly person do? This hotel should not be operating under these conditions. Very disappointing.

Stayed for 10 days and I asked to have the room cleaned and never did not changed sheets nor haves us clean towels after requesting them ! Had one roll of toilet paper mean while I asked plenty of times also ! Then haves kelnex as toilet paper then I had to buy my own REMIND YOU BOUGHT MY OWN PAPER TOLIET PAPER AND BUY MY OWN TOWELS SND PAID &1,000 for ten days also asked for security deposit 50$! Never agsin
