The facilities were in excellent condition. I enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. My room was quiet and dark when I wanted it to be. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The General Manager Mike demonstrated excellent customer service even going above and beyond his daily tasks to accommodate me during an overnight winter storm.

Upon entering the hotel we were greeted very warmly by staff who told us about the hotels restaurant. She even recommended to us one of her favorite dishes. Walking into the room we noticed that it was very spacious and clean. The room itself had a very at home feeling with dim lights that some may find peaceful. The bathroom was clean except for the tub which had yellow staining. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good despite not so high reviews. The hotel has free and easy parking aswell.

This place should not be a Sheraton. It was the most beat-down hotel that we spent $400 on. We arrived an hour past check-in and our room wasn’t ready because of a hotel cleaner staffing shortage (not my problem). Fortunately the receptionist found another room. The furniture in the lobby had the tufting buttons dangling down on most of the furniture. There were multiple large alcohol promotional signage in the lobby making it look like a junky liquor store. Stains were everything; on the walls, on the carpeting in the lobby, hallways, and our room. The mattress protector and sheets were too small for the bed so the mattress was exposed and severely stained. And what hotel in this day and age doesn’t use a full coverage mattress protector?!
