They provided all they promised- clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and a hair dryer. What they didn’t provide, was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, or any kind of breakfast, either hot or cold. But they didn’t list them as amenities. Good price though.

I do NOT recommend this place at all I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The smell was awful — everything reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana from the moment you walk in. The hallways were dirty, the elevators were almost broken, and the staff was very lazy and unhelpful. The front desk girl didn’t give me the right information about parking, and because of that, my car got towed and I had to pay $200. Terrible service, bad smell, dirty environment, and the place looks nothing like the photos. It was an awful experience overall. I will never come back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist was very abusive and combative without provocation, combative for no reason, canceled our reservation and dtold us to leave immediately and go somewhere else. The whole environment was unkept and people sitting both outside and in the lobby smoking. First shock was the request for both occupants identification, then, he told us that he needs $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) hold for our room; just telling him my card is in his system already and it is strange for me to hand-it-over to him again let out a devil and combative nature we have never seen and within seconds he tore both copies of our identification, canceled our reservation and told us to leave his hotel immediately or he will call the cops. The environment was vèry unkept, people sitting everywhere smoking, immediately we stepped in one gets a sense of trouble and danger. I couldn't believe a business could be so badly run. Thank God we could have been robbed in our room if he didn't cancel our reservation immediately without any reason.

The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The elevator makes a loud banging noise as it was going up. The other elevator wasn't working at all. Someone tried to run over the front desk guy in the parking lot. I'm not sure why. He was nice. The police were called. The lobby was run down and there was only an ice machine on the first floor.
