Located near, Lake Charles, Sulphur industries, and Moss bluff, La, the interstate is under 10 min away, super convienant accesss This Lil Bayou living Cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms. Lovely scenery from every window, swamp in the front, little bayou in the back. Fish off our dock, relax for tea or coffee , and enjoy all the tranquil scenery, the bayou has to offer. 2 level house, upstairs is the living, wit h a gorgeous balcony porch. the first story is enclosed, with 2 open accesses, to the backyard and breezeway to covered patio, carport, driveway area, the outdoor living, features the half bathroom. and water cooler fountain, this area has wall mounted fans and a bayou swamp cooler, keeping cool while enjoying games, grilling and sitting back.

Great stay!

The owners were very responsive. The property had tons of amenities. The family loved fishing off of the dock. We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was not too far from all of the places we needed to be.

Peefect Bayou Retreat

We enjoyed being on the water, spending the mornings on the deck listening to all the nature sounds. The grandkids loved the toys and games. The location was great for us and the decor is super cute. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again

Three Guys, Three Toilets, Zero Problems

We had a great stay! With three guys, having three toilets was a must, and it made everything super comfortable. We did a little fishing off the dock and even spotted a small gator — he was just hanging out, no trouble at all. The outdoor spaces under the house were perfect for relaxing with drinks and playing games.The house itself has been nicely remodeled — the kitchen was very usable, and the shower was excellent. There was even a beautiful tub that looked perfect for a relaxing soak. One really unique feature we loved was the downstairs bathroom setup: you can wash your hands using the clean water that’s about to fill the toilet tank. Overall, a great spot and we would definitely come back!
