I had a wonderful stay thanks to the warm and friendly staff, who always made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Victoria for her exceptional kindness! The only thing I would love to see improved is the food at the Gold Bar. Both the menu selection and the overall quality could be enhanced. If you’re staying for just a day or two, it may not be as noticeable, but for more extended stays, I believe others might feel the same way. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and appreciate the excellent service. Thank you!

This was my first trip to Vancouver and found that the hotel is centrally located to many of the events and areas that I wanted to experience. It is also very close to the SkyTrain station and other forms of public transportation which made it extremely easy to tour Vancouver. The hotel staff were very accommodating, helpful and sincere. I had the pleasure of eating at the ARC restaurant within the hotel. The food, wine, service and atmosphere were divine.

Overall our experience was good. Staff throughout was great. The room was average, we paid for an upgraded room with a view. It was good but not as good as other hotels that we stay in along the waterfront. The restaurant was good, staff was great and the drinks were great but the food and drinks were overpriced compared to other options. The room had a fridge that could not be used for personal storage, we have kids and like to have fresh options for snacks so this was disappointing. The wifi was at a charge, this is also pretty disappointing considering the price for the room. Pool, hot tub and sauna was average, a bit dated but worked for what we wanted. Overall was a good experience, I wouldn't choose to stay here again knowing the other options in the area that have better views and come with more amenities and lower pricing.
