I felt like everyone wasn't created equal on check in. I felt like there wasn't enough about activities unless your online. Why did some get ears and others not on check in. I guess if you don't ask you don't get. Im not one to ask I feel like the money spent I shouldn't have to ask. Staff should be welcoming and offer. Day before we left day 3 the housekeeping staff stopped in changed towels and didn't do anything else. It would have been great to have the coffee restocked. The conditioner bottle wouldn't stay affixed to shower wall. Shower curtain was hung incorrectly to easily open and close so the curtain bar would fall. I rethread the shower curtain and tightened the bar in the wall. Does the housekeeper not fix or report to maintenance, this had to get noticed on cleaning. If housekeepers only do a minimum it gets reflected in the tip. How often is turn over here? Front desk seemed like they weren't happy to have me. Housekeeping seemed to have tunnel vision. Maintenance walked the halls but didn't have any tools supplies to get anything done. Outside was nicely maintained and the guy doing it was friendly and gave great local advice. A sign to oath to wego bus at aero car would have been great to see. A senior menu too. With smaller portions. Pay by weight. A great travel lesson I had here.

The water park was hours of fun for kids and adults , I enjoyed the water slides and the wave pool myself! Lots of excitement for the kids around the lodge with the bubble party and other activities. The food around the lodge was pretty good and reasonably priced. We did the Buffett bc I bought 5 dining tickets for our family of 5 and we used them over our 4 days at the lodge. Like other buffets , the price isn’t really worth it unless you’re a big eater which we aren’t , but the food was good. I bought the coffee mug to take advantage of the $2 coffee refills. The reusable cups for kids seem like a good deal to , we didn’t get them as we spent a fair amount of time out of the lodge. We had a great stay My only thought .. was the wolf pass was over priced, I wouldn’t recommend it - should at least include a discount on the build a friend (stuffie from the trading post)
