Expensive for the quality received. For example 2 people stayed in the room. In the bathroom they supplied 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 shower gel each in containers the size of a travel toothpaste!

Room was clean and comfortable but we had virtually no hot water for showers in the morning. Breakfast was also virtually non-existent. Water was leaking through the hallway ceilings. But the coffee was good.

While check in was easy and staff was nice, the hotel smells musty like smoke and the room has very strong cleaner odor. When looking over the room, we noticed the bed sheet is ripped, toilet not cleaned well, sink has little hair clippings around the faucet. Overall not happy

Service was 100. The building is older and our room had a strong smell, that left us smelling. Bed was fine, water pressure low and water never got hot. I cannot say enough, the service was awesome.

It was perfect for our overnight stay. We had a concert at the casino. It was close, affordable and comfortable. We got breakfast in the common room and ate in our room. Bonus!

Was nice place quiet..but check in clerk was whole another story...(he was high as kite) there was 2 other people checking in and 1st person he was soo messed up he couldnt find her reservation and asked her 3 times to read her cc# out to him so he could put in computer..got aggravated and just gave her room key..2nd couple they had there check in and all paper wk gave them key also..my turn and after looking for few minutes me telling him our name 4 times he found us...we got to our room and remote didnt wk so husband went back down guy gave him new batteries but that didnt solve the problem! Breakfast was supposed to be set up at 6 and wasnt we left 615 still wasnt

The room was a lot smaller than it appeared online. It was very noisy. People in the hallway sounded like they were right in your room. The next-door neighbor had their alarm clock going off at 7 o’clock this morning for 45 minutes and their breakfast was onion bagels, a tiny yogurt and juice.
