"The room was nice and clean and had been updated. Bath was clean and well lit. The tv remote didn’t work well. Huge problem at checkout. The bill was nearly $100 more than what was quoted on my reservation. It took way more than necessary to get the front desk to understand that I wasn’t going to pay this amount as I had a reservation with a much lower amount due on my phone. After a rather heated discussion the person at front desk offered to refund one days rate which was an acceptable compromise. It should never have come to this, I was extremely disappointed with the front desk person, it didn’t seem that the customer was as important as I should have been. If you’re stying there make sure you check your bill before you leave or you might be in for a big surprise."
