"No one at the desk when I arrived to check in, had to wait for some time, door to room didnt latch properly and there were no towels in the room. Had to go ask for towels from the front desk and had to wait again as there never seemed to he anyone there. One of the guys working the front desk spent over 30 minutes washing what appeared to be his own car in front of the hotel. Hotel had the feel of one that USED to be upscale but was sold off and managed poorly, would not stay here again for the price we paid for one night. I will mention they did offer free breakfast included, that we did not partake in so I cannot comment on that."

"I choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we only needed it to sleep and then get on the road the next day. The shuttle was very dirty. When we arrived to check in I said hello, how are you? The response was drivers licence and credit card, enough said. The hotel smelled like pickles and cheap cleaning products. It was not maintained it looked straight out of the 70s. The sheets were dirty, there was a dried blood stain on them. I didn't even get under the covers to sleep. The chair in our room had a rip down the arm and the metal accents in the bathroom had rust. I slept with one eye open and then we were out first thing. I don't know who all those people were that left 10 out of 10 reviews??? Absolutely not."

"Staff were amazing and helpful. The only reasons I gave a 4/5 was because the room TV/outlets were not working, there was hair in the bathtub, there was a stain on the couch, and the towels looked worn down. All semi-fixable things."
