Hotel.staff was friendly and was a great place to stay when visiting Salem or Boston. Just minutes from the Orange line which will take you to Boston, and the commuter train is litterally just blocks away. Very comfortable atmosphere, and beautiful scenery, overlooking the lake. The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday, food is generally what you would get at a pub, but great quality and really good service.
