"A very enjoyable stay. The staff is polite, efficient , and speak English well. Our room clean, modern, and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Both a/c units worked great. Toilet had a bidet seat...great! Blackout curtains for sleeping in. Huge tv and good internet. If you use more than three devices, you need to ask the limit changed, no charge. Our room had a washer/drier combo but a coin op laundry is avaliable on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and great quality. The pool, sauna and gym were nice. Probably this will be my go to hotel in Bangkok from now on."

"Nice hotel with great breakfast. But would like to use this space to warn travelers about purchasing Expedia trip protection. It’s only applicable in extreme circumstances and common reasons cancellations are not covered and you will lose your money, as I did. The insurance is provided by AIG and you need to fill out an extensive claim form in attempt to get your money back. And Expedia says not their problem, should have read fine print. Well, who does? Just want a room, not thousand word contract. Apparently trip insurance is a cash cow so it’s promoted aggressively. Beware."

"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "
