Room was great. Had room service food 1st night as tired from travelling - arrived swiftly and was fantastic. I ate the last night in the restaurant - only guest dining. Waitress was polite and efficient. Ordered a starter and main. Main arrived 1st - then starter followed about 5 mins later. Food was fab. I noted on the menu it states service included at 10%. Bill arrive and there was a section for tip which i didnt fill in. Came to 650 baht total. Paid 1000. Change never arrived which was a bit disappointing. Staff member did not come back so i left. Not the end of the world - i would have left a tip anyway - but i do feel a little robbed.

The room was clean. 3 nice size bedrooms like 4 bathrooms. Breakfast was good nice to wake up every morning. The staff are amazing and accommodating do stuff without you have to ask sometimes it definitely was a great experience for my family. Only downside you have to travel about 45 minutes with traffic to get everywhere. But I like here just wish it was closer to activities and sight seeing traffic in Bangkok is no joke

I had a pleasant stay at Jasmine Grande Residence. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, helpful, and very polite throughout my visit, which made the experience overall enjoyable. There were, however, a couple of areas that could use improvement. The breakfast selection seemed tailored toward a very specific audience, and some items were not up to standard. The croissants were hard, likely not fresh, and the fried eggs were still partially undercooked, which is not ideal from a health standpoint. Additionally, the bed was quite firm, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected. If the hotel improves the breakfast quality and upgrades the mattresses, it would easily become an excellent choice for travelers.

Good quality rooms. Very reasonably priced. Excellent food. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very well located. Very friendly staff. Only comment would be the bathroom fittings need updating. Shower produced only hot or cold and found it difficult to regulate. Other than that great hotel.

The room is nice enough but we found the ac didn’t work beyond shooting out cold. Changing the setting from 22 to 30 made no difference (the setting on the ac would change, just the output wouldn’t). The worst part about our stay was the constant traffic noise. The window to the balcony is very thin and lets in a lot of noise. This made it difficult to sleep and is ultimately the main reason for the low rating. We stayed in Amora neo luxe during the start of our stay and found this much better in terms of soundproofing, even though that room was also by a main road.

A very enjoyable stay. The staff is polite, efficient , and speak English well. Our room clean, modern, and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Both a/c units worked great. Toilet had a bidet seat...great! Blackout curtains for sleeping in. Huge tv and good internet. If you use more than three devices, you need to ask the limit changed, no charge. Our room had a washer/drier combo but a coin op laundry is avaliable on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and great quality. The pool, sauna and gym were nice. Probably this will be my go to hotel in Bangkok from now on.

Really nice place to stay in Bangkok very friendly staff and free parking too. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was comfortable. Location is good not to far to transport links around the city.
