Good: Totally enjoyed the amenities at this hotel and the breakfast choices were awesome. I would stay there again. Bad: Some of the furnishings were cheaply made. The walls are thin; next door neighbor had TV on all night and it sounded like it was in our room.

Terrible service by Megan

The way we were treated was awful. When the guest arrived at the hotel he had to give his credit card for incidentals. The card given was European and 2 days later the hotel realized it so they simply blocked entry to his room. The guest had purchased some water and had cash to pay for it. This was denied. After a few phone calls and the guest waiting in the lobby for about 2 hours they finally accepted another credit card. And Megan, there was no need to hang up to phone while I was trying to give you a credit card number so you could give the guest access to his room that was paid for the entire week. I will never book guests at this hotel again.
