We had a Room with Partial Sea View ‘Partial being the ultimate word’ you could just see on the horizon between the tree tops a bit of Blue. Wasteful Excessive Lighting across the Whole of the Ground Floor during Daytime Brightly Sunshine Hours? Food sadly was Disappointing - Poor Variety unless you like Pork/Beef every meal especially the Children’s - In 9 days Chicken only Once and sadly No Paella - The Soups were awful I’ve never had Clear Minestrone. Bread and Fruit were not Fresh - Lots of Big Dishes and Bread everywhere gave a false illusion. Dessert Area - well the same Gateau’s just called differently including a Red Apple Cake? Breakfast Streaky Bacon/Fried Eggs swimming in Oil - Scrambled Eggs were inedible - No Fruit Yogurts or Fruit Purée to add to plain yogurt - Pastries again were not Freshly Baked. Across nearly all Dishes were Tasteless what you experience with Packet or Frozen Food - A Hotel of the Rating I would expect a ‘Chef’ in Residence who ensures a High Standard of Tasteful Dishes. Unfortunately we will not return to this Hotel."
