"Really enjoyed our stay, the area was great, super convenient and walkable to the spa/"Strip" in Hot Springs. The staff (Jasmine at the front desk) was also super helpful and friendly. some of the downsides to the stay I admit/understand are unavoidable. They were doing some construction so there was a bit of tarp, and no gym (they did offer using Planet Fitness' Gym if needed), a good portion of the parking lot was unusable due to construction equipment and also there was a cheerleading convention going on while we stayed so using the elevators was a bit annoying... That being said though, the room was nice and quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the location. Would stay again if we ever find our way back to Hot Springs AR "

"Stayed in Unit 12 (king room) on our way through town. Bedroom was small but spotless! Bathroom had been recently renovated with a cool lighted mirror and was the cleanest of any place I’ve ever payed to stay. Quiet and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again! "

"This is just the cutest motel. Vintage but updated with comfy bedding and fluffy towels. Just lots of personality. The sweetest couple manage it and we learned so much about the history. The cold spring the motel is named for is steps away. Also right at downtown area but in a scenic quiet area. You can easily walk around town and the trails on the mountain above Central Avenue which is great since ALL of town is now paid parking. As another plus your fur babies ate also welcome. My daughter and I enjoyed our birthday girls weekend very much."

"I was not expecting much for that price honestly…but the rooms well exceeded expectations. The outside looks a tad run down and small but once you enter the room it is great!!! Very clean!!!! Very nice and the staff was very nice also. We will stay there again"

"Uniqueness of this place was astonishing. Rooftop restaurant/bar and view was spectacular. Down stairs restaurant was the best! We ate at the Avenue several times during our stay. Walkable to all the local attractions. Valet parking was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. "
