Staff had someone else checked in my room. Waited an hour for that to be rectified. I could not log in because I was given someone else’s room. WiFi was not working The room was cold no heat. They said the technician could not come till morning. Absolutely horrified. Coming from so fine who stays slot at the Hilton. This should not happen.left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The door would close or lock unless it was lifted. Into place. The comforter was made oh knit and had a lot of strings pulled out. The comforter would not have been able to sell at a second hand store.

The room was clean and comfortable. $15/day parking is pretty reasonable given the street parking is scarce. My only issue is that there is no sliding door for the shower so you get wet with cold water when turning it on. Other than that, the room was very accommodating and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
