Spoke to the duty manager who said it was hospitality policy, yet he couldn't show me the policy ! 🙄 Spa is basic, the heated beds dont work and the sauna wasn't working one of the days. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel but cannot commend Santiago enough. What a genuine kind staff member he is !"
