The hotel was excellent from the minute we arrived, the staff were all very efficient and a joy to talk to, from Michael in the bar area to Joseph the concierge, And Tony welcoming us into the hotel and not forgetting Santosh, who kept our room spotlessly clean.

The service is impeccable. Quite simply some of the best customer service we have experienced. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are kept to a high standard at all times. The breakfast is first class. It is our third time staying at the Westin Dragonara and we will be back in a few months. Thank you all.

Excellent attentive and friendly staff, from concierge to housekeeping. Beautiful junior suite with double balcony overlooking the bay. Fully stocked with amenities. Best breakfast buffet I've experienced in a long time. Delicious food at the Italian restaurant. Lovely bar and terrace. Superb pool for families. Safe, clean, luxurious!

hotel is in an excellent position. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The area across from the hotel, Paceville, is not good. Dirty a full of take aways , clubs and noisy bars. This is not a reflection on the hotel which is away from any noise and has fabulous facilities.
